Quality Performance Associate

📍 Williamsville, NY | 💼 Full-Time M-F | 💵 $20–$24/hour (based on experience)

Medical Health Associates of Western New York, PLLC (MHA) is seeking a Quality Performance Associate to join our team in a professional corporate office setting . This role is central to advancing our commitment to best practices, clinical integration, and quality improvement across all divisions.

As part of our Quality Department, you’ll support roster management, population health reporting, gap analysis, patient outreach, and compliance activities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with providers, managers, and staff to improve patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and strengthen quality and value-based care programs.

What You’ll Do

• Support roster management and ensure consistent processes across divisions.
• Coordinate and analyze population health data (DM/HM reporting, MEDENT, and third-party applications).
• Perform gap analyses and support outreach to close care gaps, including patient communication.
• Collaborate with teams to identify workflow challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Provide training on quality metrics, reporting tools, and workflows.
• Develop patient survey tools, assemble results, and deliver actionable reports to leadership.
• Assist with NCQA certification processes.
• Travel occasionally between corporate and clinical sites.
• This is NOT a remote or hybrid position

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s Degree in healthcare or related field required.
• Knowledge of MEDENT (HM/DM reporting) and HealtheLink preferred.
• Familiarity with NCQA/PCMH/HEDIS measures, particularly in pediatrics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and training skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with attention to detail.
• This is an IN OFFICE position - not remote or hybrid.
