Have you considered joining a business pioneering the use of next generation technologies in addition to a pre-existing elite level trading operation across a diverse range of assets classes and exchanges?

As a researcher joining this Multi-Strat hedge fund, you have the extraordinarily unique opportunity to join a new centralised research group.

You will be responsible for the uncovering of novel alpha signals working closely with other technology groups to transform your ideas from theory into reality, from handling vast quantities of data to building, deploying and monetizing your models and everything in between.

You’ll also be joining an established organisation, though the team you join won’t be.

• You’ll be part of a greenfield build out, accessing areas of personal growth & development you may not see in other trading institutions
• You’ll be highly influential in the direction of the business’s growth and directly responsible for its success

But what do you ideally need?

• Strong academic background with a degree in a STEM subject
• Experience in Alpha Signal generation from idea to delivery is ideal
• Strong coding ability using one of; Python, C++, or Java
• Experience creating and deploying complex algorithms at scale
• Exceptional communication demonstrated best by your existing experience of working with and guiding other key stakeholders
• Uniquely inquisitive and analytical mindset is absolutely essential
• Experience or exposure to cutting edge Machine Learning techniques is highly advantageous
