Our client, a successful family-owned commercial/industrial real estate firm, is looking to hire a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join their growing team. This position will support the legal and management departments by reviewing leases/lease amendments, coordinating mortgage loan documents, reviewing legal documents/correspondence/filings, coordinating lease terms with brokers/property owners, etc. Experience with YARDI or MRI software is a huge plus.
We are looking for candidates with 2 plus years of relevant legal/property management experience. This role is fully onsite in West LA (90025) and paying $75,000 to 80,000 depending on experience.
