About the Job:

Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for Corporate Retail roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection recommendations, offer negotiation and closing of candidates. Develop effective candidate generation strategies using multiple sources and recruiting methods; partner with hiring managers in role requirements, candidate submittals and recommendations and candidate offer process.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Full lifecycle candidate management for Corporate positions.
  • Schedule effective in-take meeting with hiring managers on all assigned searches to start the Recruiting process.
  • Explore, evaluate and execute creative recruiting techniques / hiring strategies.
  • Use online sourcing resources such as LinkedIn to source and recruit prospective candidates.
  • Be a brand ambassador and provide outstanding first contact to all candidates
  • Actively maintain a working knowledge of corporate roles across the business and the job requirements needed to fill those roles.
  • Partner with Total Rewards team to align on market salary recommendations and guidelines on all offers.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR Manager to determine position skill sets required by the business.
  • Support Recruiting initiatives for Summer Intern program, including planning and creative social media strategy in partnership with HR partners.
  • Partner closely with Recruiting Coordinator on all new hire onboarding, updates for weekly Recruiting report and candidate interview scheduling.
  • Work on and participate in any Recruiting related projects or events, including College and Community partnerships & Events.

What it takes to Join:

  • College degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years recruiting experience, preferably in apparel or fashion retail and/or a corporate setting
  • Exceptional communication verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and internet search experience. Experience is Adobe Pro is ideal.
  • Previous experience working in Applicant Tracking System and HRIS (UKG preferred)
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the business
  • Ability to work independently

Salary Range : $76,000 - $85,000

  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
