Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time Zone, US hours 9am - 5pm)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and ensure that all our franchise restaurants are fully staffed with top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding for all 28 franchise restaurants.
• Job Posting: Create and post engaging job descriptions on various job boards to attract the right candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Interviewing: Conduct phone interviews, schedule in-person or video interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for various roles.
• Candidate Evaluation: Use your expertise in the restaurant and franchise industry to determine which candidates are the best fit for our organization.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with hiring managers and franchise owners to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the restaurant or franchise industry.
• Skills:
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable conducting phone interviews and engaging with prospective candidates.
  • Proficient in using job boards and social media for recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the restaurant industry and its staffing needs.
• Availability: Open to working Eastern Standard Time Zone (US) hours 9am - 5pm.

Compensation

• Base Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
