Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager covering Southern California and Arizona You’ll be responsible for driving business development and sales growth within a designated territory. This role is essential for fostering relationships with existing partners and cultivating new opportunities to expand our client’s footprint in the dental imaging space. The ideal candidate will excel in managing dealer networks and leveraging their expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Identify and develop new sales prospects while expanding opportunities with existing customers to achieve regional sales goals.
• Account Management: Regularly engage with assigned dealers and leads to promote products, introduce new product information, and gather feedback on offerings.
• Strategic Planning: Create and execute sales activity plans to maximize territory performance and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Revenue Collection: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts receivables from dealer partners.
• Product Expertise: Attend and complete product training programs to demonstrate technical knowledge, proficiency in sales techniques, and understanding of company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the Dental industry. Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of successful sales experience in direct or B2B environments.
• Background in dental CBCT or implant-related sales is highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Candidates residing in or near Los Angeles are preferred for optimal territory coverage.
• Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods in various customer office and meeting settings.
• Capacity to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
