Position Summary:

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Midwest region to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales and expand our market presence across 12 states in the Midwest region. Your expertise will be essential in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting Florim's innovative tile solutions and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service and Support
  • Prepare and Deliver Compelling Presentations and Proposals
  • Negotiate Terms, Conditions, and Pricing Agreements
  • Track and Report on Sales Performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development Teams
  • Conduct Regular Sales Calls and Client Follow-ups
  • Travel up to 80% throughout the Midwest region

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, flooring or interior design industry would be a advantage
  • Previous experience as an A&D or flooring representative preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
  • Comfortable with extensive travel up to 80% and managing multiple client relationships

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel extensively within the Midwest region (80% travel by car or air)
  • Candidates must pass a drug screen and satisfactory background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + Commission
  • 2 Weeks Paid Vacation
