Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – All Shifts
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Location: Prescott, AZ,
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (Days/Nights, Weekends, Holidays)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Shift Differentials
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the ER with minimal supervision.
- Triage patients safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and diagnostic results; respond promptly to changes.
- Collaborate effectively with ER physicians and care teams.
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, treatments, and point-of-care tests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ER protocols.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and pain management.
- Support a safe, therapeutic environment and contribute to cost containment.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license in Arizona.
- 3–5 years of ER experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Proficient with EMR systems; strong problem-solving and clinical judgment skills.
