A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN to join their Tele Float team. The ideal candidate will have strong rhythm interpretation skills, telemetry experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required QualificationsActive NY RN license (must be in hand)
Minimum 2 years recent nursing experience
At least 1 year of current telemetry patient population experience
Certifications:
BLS
ACLS
EPIC charting experience
Must be able to read and interpret cardiac rhythms
Must pass a hospital-proctored rhythm exam:
≥80% overall rhythm identification
100% accuracy on critical rhythms
Experience with critical drips and CVA patients is a plus
Tele Float assignment
Patient Ratio: 1:4–5
Flu vaccine or approved exemption required
COVID-19 vaccine: Not required per facility guidelines
