Director of Rehab / Rehab Director / PTA or COTA Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PT, OT, PTA or COTA) to join our McLeansville, NC Skilled Nursing Facility. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus - Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week Prior Management experience preferred As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
