Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.

Handle email correspondence draft communications and manage phone calls on behalf of executives.

Prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed.

Conduct research and gather information to assist with decisionmaking processes.

Coordinate virtual meetings including setting up video conferences and managing calendars.

Provide administrative support such as data entry filing and record keeping.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive assistant administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Highspeed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.

Must be based in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working remotely.

Familiarity with project management tools like Asana Trello or similar.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial management.
