As a Growth Builder in Germany, you will be responsible for supporting Reddit’s goal of growing multiple communities by surfacing and promoting content that resonates most with the local user base. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, playing a key role in amplifying content and engagement across German-speaking communities.
