Qualifications

  • Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (guidance provided)
  • Professional communication and strong follow-through
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Organized, self-motivated, and coachable
  • Comfortable learning new systems and following a structured process
  • A genuine desire to help clients with financial protection and planning

Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled virtual appointments with prospective clients
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
  • Complete applications accurately and in compliance with carrier requirements
  • Follow up with clients as needed and maintain organized records
  • Participate in training and development to improve product knowledge and sales performance

 

 

About the Role

We are hiring licensed life insurance agents to conduct virtual client appointments and assist individuals with selecting insurance solutions that fit their needs. All appointments are pre-scheduled and pre-qualified through our agency partners. This position focuses on meeting with clients, explaining available products, and completing applications in a professional and compliant manner.
