Job Description
We are seeking insurance professionals who have a commitment to serve their
community by assisting families in obtaining life insurance to meet their needs. In this role, you
will establish connections, explain carrier products, provide quotes, and aid clients in managing
their insurance policies. This is a 100% commission position with bonus opportunities, where
your income potential is uncapped. Average first-year income for our new life insurance agents
range from 50-120K, but some make well over 100K their first year.
We are currently looking to hire new life insurance agents. Meet with clients either in person or virtually, and present the products that we offer
No experience necessary, as we will provide training and support.
No cold calling, you will be contacting potential clients who have requested information
regarding our products.

Ability to earn 5% contract promotions every two months, production bonuses, multiple
all-inclusive paid vacations based upon performance
Qualifications: Life and Health Insurance license or be willing to obtain a resident license through an
online study course within 7-10 days
Applicants must be coachable and willing to work as part of a team
A minimum of 1 year working in life insurance underwriting and/or sales
Ideal candidates will be self-disciplined with scheduling and accomplishing tasks and
goals
Moderate to High degree of computer proficiency
Must be willing to attend annual conferences and/or regional meetings for personal and
professional development training

guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of
work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system
and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic
areas in which you choose to work.
