Reddit is looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer, Accessibility on our UI Platform team to lead our cross-functional accessibility (a11y) program! In this role, you will drive the accessibility strategy and execution across our products, ensuring that our digital experiences are inclusive and accessible to all users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve complex problems. Integrate accessibility into the design and development processes, advocate for best practices, and foster a culture of inclusivity.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base pay range for this position is: $190,800 – $267,100 USD
