Key Responsibilities
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team, creating a positive and productive work environment
· Uphold company standards to drive sales and manage costs effectively, including food, beverage, labor, and operational expenses
· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, ensuring a clean, professional restaurant atmosphere
· Oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain efficiency to optimize cost control and minimize waste
· Manage financial reporting, payroll, and administrative responsibilities with precision and accountability
