Key Responsibilities

· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, ensuring a clean, professional restaurant atmosphere

· Oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain efficiency to optimize cost control and minimize waste

· Manage financial reporting, payroll, and administrative responsibilities with precision and accountability

· 5-7+ years of experience in high-volume, scratch-kitchen environments

· Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
