Description of the role: We are looking for skilled and friendly Restaurant Servers to join our team at Dakota Kitchen and Lounge in Aberdeen, SD. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from customers
• Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation: $6.00, plus tips, hourly paid bi-weekly Benefits:
