Position: Worker's Compensation RN

Location: Des Moines, Iowa, and surrounding areas

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Worker's Compensation RN to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in partnering with injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and successful return to work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with all parties involved to facilitate effective case management.
Communicate clearly and efficiently to support the needs of injured workers.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Utilize your expertise to guide and support the return-to-work process.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in worker's compensation case management.
Self-motivated, organized, and an excellent communicator.
Efficient and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Valid nursing license in Iowa.
