RN Nurse Manager for our Mother Baby unit at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or related field.

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

• Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.

• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

• Coursework/Training - Management of Aggressive Behavior within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of direct RN clinical experience in a Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery department.

• 2+ years as a RN Nurse Manager overseeing a Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery department.

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.

• Managerial experience working in a union environment.
