🚨 We’re Hiring: 🛡️ Job Title: Safety Compliance Specialist (OSHA Reporting) 🚨

💻 100% Onsite

💰 $36.00/hr. to $40.00/hr. for the right fit!

📅 Start Date: ASAP

3-4 Month Assignment with a potential to extend

🕗 Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM (with flex)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Compliance Specialist to manage workplace injury reporting and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. This role is critical for maintaining accurate records and supporting a safe work environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • 🔍 Review and verify injury data for the calendar year (2025), ensuring accuracy and completeness of each case.
  • 📂 Audit and maintain injury records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • 📝 Prepare OSHA 300 and 300A logs for 2025, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • 💻 Enter injury data into the OSHA reporting system and confirm compliance with federal and state requirements.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and update case statuses.
  • 🔒 Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all safety-related documentation.

🎓 Qualifications

  • 📚 Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance.
  • 🧐 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • ⌨️ Proficiency in data entry and reporting systems.
  • 📊 Ability to analyze injury data and identify trends or inconsistencies.
  • 💬 Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • ✅ Experience in safety compliance, HR, or risk management.
  • 🏗️ Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping requirements and reporting tools.
