Serial 1 offers premium eBicycles that are guided by intelligent, human-centered design and crafted using the most advanced bicycle technology available. We create the easiest and most intuitive way to experience the fun, freedom, and instant adventure of riding a pedal-assist electric bicycle.
Our Sales Coordinator will directly assist the market and our sales team via Sales Operations Enablement, pipeline development, and dealer management for the B2B market. They will help setup leads in our pipeline by adding prospects and scheduling meetings with leads to qualify them and provide initial sales details. Think of yourself as their personal tour guide on a business journey towards partnering with Serial 1. This role will also directly assist in a more traditional inside sales function by managing post sales support for retailers in the US wholesale channel. We are looking for friendly and tenacious team member to help represent the brand with our potential customers as we grow our market. This role will help contribute both indirectly and directly to convert sales in the IBD, rental, and Harley-Davidson channels. You will often help provide a potential dealers first experience with the brand which we want to be a premium experience end to end.

Your job in two words: Sales Enabler
* COLLABORATE with sales team to enable lead generation and conversion opportunities
* ENGAGE inbound interested dealer leads to pre-qualify them and drive towards partnership.
* PROVIDE pre-sales technical and sales support for Serial 1 products to dealers and their representatives.
* REMAIN up to date on internal communication regarding our product updates, relevant competitor products, industry developments, internal processes, customer facing processes, warranty and other technical support processes, trouble-shooting techniques, and other relevant information.
* REPRESENT Serial 1 as a fast-moving, courteous company brand ambassador while interfacing with customers, communicating policies, and generating interest.
* ANALYZE data and generate sales reports to assist in sales pipeline management, sales trend review, and program management.
* CONTACT bike dealers to provide sales support, order management, and issue escalation.
* ENSURE Serial 1 has engaged with the Top 200 key retailers in the US where we want to be a supplier.
**Requirements**
* 2-3 years sales experience; preferably with inbound sales and/or direct sales
* Not afraid of cold calling or engaging customers from various leads sources
* Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Proficient with technology, including cloud apps, email, phone systems, etc.
* A strong work ethic and reliability with professionalism and poise
* Desire to learn and understand our product line functionally and technically
Additional nice to have skills and experience include
* Experience with sales and customer service systems (ex: SalesForce, Hubspot, Zendesk)
* Experience using CRM systems (ex: Hubspot)
* You know your way around a bicycle
