• $18 hourly pay

• Gain hands-on experience with our Transportation and Customer Management Systems, mastering the tools that drive our business.
• Develop the skills to build a robust book of business through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and relationship management.
• Assist sales representatives by generating high-quality leads using advanced prospecting tools and techniques.
• Learn the art of pricing negotiation to create win-win solutions for clients and partners.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and carrier processes, with support from an Operations Specialist

• GED required
• Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
• Build and maintain relationships with people over the phone
• Self-motivated and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience welcome but not required -- we provide training!
