Sales Leader | Uncapped Commission | Jacksonville, FL (Relocation Welcome)

**2-WEEK PAID TRAINING STARTS OCTOBER 20th!**

This is a performance role. You’ll be responsible for your own results - and rewarded accordingly. You’ll have support, training, and a clear path to success - but no one’s going to carry you.

What You'll Do:

• Run qualified leads and close deals using our proven sales process
• Meet with homeowners, build trust, and educate them on their options
• Own your results and consistently push to raise your income
• Represent NEXGEN with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
• Take full advantage of the systems, coaching, and tools we’ve built for you
