Illium Acquisitions is looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to join us as Sales Representatives. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to learn and develop essential skills for a successful career in sales and client management. During the paid training period, Sales Representatives will gain valuable experience in negotiation, customer acquisition, and leadership development

Sales Representatives Responsibilities:

• Create new customer accounts and ensure existing accounts are kept up-to-date.
• Collaborate with management to effectively plan and execute goals while meeting team sales objectives.
• Engage with potential and existing customers face-to-face within a retail setting to promote client brands and maintain their reputation.
• Maintain regular communication with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor new team members as they join the organization.

Sales Representatives Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management skills and a proactive, "do-it-now" attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable transportation is required, as this is an in-person role.
