Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to work on the development, design, and implementation of customizable solutions within Salesforce based on CRM needs.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and end-users to define and implement technical solutions for Salesforce projects.
  • Lead release cycles for new/updated application deployments and take ownership of the project’s technical environment.
  • Ensure all technical requirements align with customer needs, business goals, and security guidelines.
  • Document and maintain development standards and guidelines for the team.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using standard/custom REST APIs.
  • Participate in technical discussions, decision-making, and architectural design.
  • Provide training and support for transitioning to Maintenance & Operations.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Force.com platform functionalities, including custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • 4+ years of programming experience with Salesforce components like Apex, Aura, and LWC.
  • 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud or Gov Cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience with Apex API integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or other DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, data migration, and Salesforce Object DML operations.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, REST, JSON, and XML.

Preferred Skills:

    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
    • Experience with Salesforce configuration using flows, process builders, and workflow rules.
    • Knowledge of authentication protocolsfor integrating 3rd-party apps.
    • Experience with batch Apex and scheduled Apex development.

  •  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
