Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient scheduling for Human Resources team.

Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm (Hybrid- 3 days in office, 2 remote) Contract role until October

Pay Range: $20.00- $25.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm appointments, interviews from job seekers
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate calendars
• Communicate schedule changes promptly
• Coordinate with team members and departments to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, administrative, or coordination roles preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
