Position: Store Manager
Location: Nantucket, MA
Lead our fantastic team at our pop-up Nantucket store for the 2025 season. Enjoy the island vibes while working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. All applicants must have their own housing for the season.
Responsibilities:
🌟 Create and maintain lasting customer connections by providing exceptional service
🌟 Educate customers on the company’s mission and advocacy
🌟 Manage and lead the retail team to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
🌟 Provide training and development for team members to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
🌟 Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
🌟 Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
🌟 Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and improve customer engagement.
🌟 Handle inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and loss prevention.
🌟 Foster a positive and motivating environment for team members.
🌟 Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
