The ideal candidate for this position will be located in or around Dallas, Texas, Calhoun, Georgia, or Dalton, Georgia.

What we need:

Mohawk is seeking a highly experienced CyberArk engineer to manage PAM across our global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cybersecurity and PAM best practices. The CyberArk Engineer will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of CyberArk.

What you’ll do:

• Administer and manage CyberArk solutions.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot CyberArk systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities for CyberArk systems.
• Implement and manage CyberArk security policies and protocols to protect against threats.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide advanced technical support for CyberArk -related issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and IT support staff.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of CyberArk configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.

What you have:

• B.S. Computer and Information Systems Security or similar
• Minimum 3 years hands-on CyberArk experience
• CRISC, CGEIT, CRMA, GRCP, or other relevant security certifications

• Superior verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills; ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external customers and senior management and ability to communicate with others in stressful situations using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict and maintain professionalism in accordance with corporate standards. 
• Strong technical knowledge, ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.
• Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Knowledge of a scripting language (PowerShell, Python, C#) for automation.

Other details:

• Normal Office Environment. 
• Domestic/International travel may be required occasionally, up to 20%/year.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs.
