Security Operations Manager

Mon-Fri / 7:00am-3:00pm

$70k-$75k/year

The ideal candidate will be a liaison between our customer and vendor. Responsible for the security operations of our client facility that includes scheduling and staffing all shifts. Provide customer with reports on service, perform evaluations, inspections and attend daily meetings with customer representatives. They will also effectively monitor and present operational updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Security operations including maintaining staffing levels & meeting client expectations.
• Provide prompt excellent customer service at all times.
• Monitor operational deliverables.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• Receive calls throughout the day and be available to handle operational items as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong business acumen in operations and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Participate in background and drug testing check.
