Rising real estate investment and development firm adding to their team. Hiring Senior Investment Analyst to provide hands-on analytical support to the entire development, leasing, acquisition, and disposition process.

Keys to an interview: Senior Analyst | Real Estate Investment

• 2 or more years' Commercial Real Estate experience
• Real Estate Valuation consulting experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills. Advanced MS Excel, Proficient ARGUS Enterprise
• Willingness to collaborate in our office Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities: Senior Analyst | Real Estate Investment

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel and Argus for acquisitions, dispositions, lease analysis, recapitalizations, and joint-venture structures.
• Conduct detailed cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and valuation assessments, including NPV, IRR, and investment yield calculations.
• Perform hold/sell analyses and create scenario-based disposition models for existing assets.
• Model prospective lease agreements and assess tenant financials to support asset management decisions.
• Evaluate land acquisition and development opportunities using detailed budget forecasts and pro forma analyses.
• Gather and analyze market data, including comparable sales, leasing trends, and economic indicators from third-party brokers and research firms.
• Assist in researching and evaluating new markets for potential expansion.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports, investment performance updates, and investor correspondence materials.
• Assist in developing presentations and memorandums for Investment Committee approvals, including financing, capital allocation, and disposition recommendations.
• Maintain property-level, fund-level, and corporate financial models to track portfolio performance and investment returns.
• Represent the firm at industry events to strengthen market relationships and enhance brand visibility.
