Job Description

What You'll Do

You will provide end-to-end support for our firm’s client work, collaborating closely with our designers. By utilizing your communications expertise and writing skills, you will craft and refine content to help our consultants, as our internal customers, communicate effectively and inspire our clients to thought or action.  

Your responsibilities will encompass both copy editing and copywriting. You will revise text documents, presentations, and digital media content enhancing clarity, accuracy, and style, and write copy for voiceover scripts, blog posts, or websites. You will create engaging narratives and compelling copy, whether writing from scratch or reworking drafts. This includes tailoring structure, story, and tone to suit a specific audience, medium, and purpose, ensuring every piece resonates and drives impact. 

This role is for a perfectionist who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for copywriting.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional proficiency in English (C2 level); this includes a deep understanding of grammar and syntax as well as subtle nuances in tone and style
  • University degree in a communications-related field (e.g., journalism, English, marketing); master’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a communications role; senior-level experience as a copywriter in a design agency or corporate communications setting including leading projects
  • Solid knowledge of communications strategies; excellent and effective communication and writing skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Technical proficiency with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and applications for collaboration, project management, research, and content creation, including AI
  • Strong customer service orientation with superb client relationship skills
  • Strong stakeholder management; organized and adaptable; excellent ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excitement to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a distinct level of confidentiality
