• Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting: This is a newly formed team, totaling 3 people including this hire.
  
• The Digital Publishing & Performance team uses data to target audiences and deliver impactful stories to shape perceptions.
  
• Tools: Smartsheet, Sprinklr, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads
  
• What would “a day in the life” of this role look like?: A day in the life could entail setting up paid social ads, then reporting on performance by updating metrics trackers and analyzing for key learnings. Some meetings to collaborate as a team, but plenty of independent work.
  
• What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? Daily interaction. Collaboration as we build out team objectives, reporting strategies and templates. Team calls 1-2x/week.
  
• What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Creating systems and templates, then testing and learning and optimizing based on learnings.
  
• What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role? Navigating ambiguity as we test and learn our way into a routine cadence.
