Responsibilities

• Analytical Responsibilities
• Data-driven insights: Analyze client data and offer insights that guide optimal business decisions and effective utilization of data assets
• Translate business needs: Collaborate with clients to clarify business requirements and deliver precise, data-driven solutions
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams: Clearly articulate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Technical Responsibilities
• Create actionable visualizations: Design reports and dashboards that bring clarity to business operations and decisions
• Develop data pipelines: Design and implement ETL processes along with conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Optimize data flow: Analyze and enhance end-to-end data processes, identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows
• Work with complex systems: Navigate and feel comfortable working within sophisticated IT systems and technical environments
• Solution architecture: Develop solution concepts and technical specifications based on business needs in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst, Data Engineer or Data Consultant
• Proficient in data modeling
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes
• Expertise in data visualization (preferably with Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience working with large-scale DWH/Big Data platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop)
• Strong understanding of BI ecosystems and their deployment
• Cloud BI experience, particularly in high-performance environments and large, complex datasets
• Solid knowledge of SQL (knowledge in Python, R, SAS, JavaScript, or similar is a plus)
• Agile development experience
• Educational background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance or another relevant field (MS/BS preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
• Clear, concise communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English (B2+)
