Title: Senior Director, Strategic Philanthropy & Institutional Partnerships

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000k/yr

The Senior Director, Strategic Philanthropy & Institutional Partnerships will be responsible for:

• Leading fundraising efforts to secure major and principal gifts from institutional funders.
• Managing a portfolio of top funders and developing cultivation and stewardship strategies.
• Setting strategic priorities for corporate and foundation relations to grow and diversify revenue.
• Collaborating with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrative staff to align fundraising with institutional goals.
• Overseeing corporate partner committees to enhance engagement and advocacy.
• Driving the implementation of philanthropic practices at newly integrated hospital sites.
• Participating in strategic planning with the VP & Chief Development Officer and other executive leaders.
• Mentoring and coaching a team of 10+ fundraising professionals.
• Creating a collaborative and aligned fundraising model across departments.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and financial policies in partnership with internal stakeholders .

The Senior Director should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive fundraising experience in large, complex organizations.
• 10+ years in leadership roles with a focus on revenue generation and operational excellence.
• Proven success in institutional fundraising, donor stewardship, and strategic planning.
• Experience in healthcare or social impact sectors strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social impact.
