Summary:
Senior Director Physician Practices and Clinical Services provides administrative leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the Memorial Physician Group (MPG) and the Healthcare System. This position will provide nursing/administrative leadership regarding clinical services, programs, resources and activities within the physician division, and will and serve as an expert to assist in changing practices and processes to maintain continual quality and patient safety.Responsibilities:
Provides assistance to practice and operations directors on compliance and governmental regulations.Onboards new practices to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Assist in the development of MPG budgets and reviews financial results with physicians on a monthly basis.
Will provide oversight of Regulatory Compliance, to include but not limited to, Joint Commission standards and readiness. Develops and implements Joint Commission readiness team, associated training and conducts mock surveys.
Collaborates and participates in workforce initiatives including the onboarding experience of practice staff, oversight of extern programs, and the initiation and implementation of other workforce programs (clinical ladders, recruitment & retention strategies, etc.).
Monitors practice performance and provides support to practice directors to ensure performance standards are achieved.
Will provide oversight of Memorial Physician Group Clinical Policies and Procedures.
Collaborate with Physicians in monitoring efficient practice operations and ensures operations are standard.Competencies:
