Our high power charging stations and the software platform we build around them will be a critical infrastructure piece of the electrical grid and will complement the deployment of high-performance, low-cost, fast-charging infrastructure around America.

The Role:

  • You will collaborate with our hardware partners and customers to ensure optimal system-level design for our product line
  • You will be responsible for continued success of your software in harsh real world environments by championing appropriate software and hardware reliability practices as necessary
  • You will learn from and educate other engineers to continuously elevate the Electric Era engineering team’s technical acumen

  • Development experience in C, C++, Python, Golang, and/or TypeScript
  • Capability to support operations on-call rotations as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Note on Total Compensation:

In addition to salary, all employees at Electric Era receive stock options. This will allow you to directly reap the financial benefit of your technical contributions - at a company like Electric Era, your impact will have a major, direct, and outsized effect on your total compensation. Stock options will scale based on your level.
