Senior Graphic Designer

Leading Beauty Brand seeking Senior Graphic Designers to join a leading beauty and cosmetics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Art Directors and design teams to transform marketing concepts into innovative packaging, displays, and collateral.
• Create compelling on-brand graphics for merchandising displays, promotional materials, brochures, mailers, magazine ads, and web banners.
• Develop product packaging concepts and mock samples in coordination with product development teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends to produce effective messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Estimate costs and meet financial objectives related to design projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum experience in graphic design; experience with targeted or ethnic consumer goods preferred.
• Proficiency in Mac environment using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and MS Office applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, and social media marketing creative executions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid Work Schedule- 3 days in office
