Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, exceptional creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be shaping design projects from conception through execution, ensuring that the creative solutions we provide meet and exceed the strategic and communications needs of our predominantly media and entertainment clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design process for various projects, including digital, print, video and branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and project management.
• Develop innovative design solutions that engage audiences and address brand challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a supportive, growth-oriented work environment.
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices, integrating new ideas and toolsets into projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating your vision and rationale.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of creative studio or agency experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). Experience with industry tools and evolving platforms (Figma, Frame.io, Wordpress, Mailchimp, generative LLM-driven platforms) is a plus.
• Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides). Experience with Windows OS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and to manage projects with minimal supervision.
