DUTIES:
Home Cleaning and Organization:
Not only possess professional expertise but also lead and train others, overseeing overall operations while continuously optimizing cleaning processes and the environment.
Professional Laundry & Ironing:
Experienced in caring for rare or high-maintenance materials (silk, fur, hand-embroidered pieces).
Can systematically plan care routines and guide others adept at handling special treatments (e.g., spot removal, specialty dry cleaning) ensuring zero damage.
Kitchen and Dining Support:
Skilled in operating and maintaining high-end kitchen appliances (e.g., sous-vide machine, premium coffee maker).
Possesses intermediate to advanced cooking abilities, adeptly planning meal prep to ensure everything is ready well ahead of guests’ arrival.
Environmental Inspection & Maintenance:
Employs a systematic inspection routine, anticipating potential issues in advance.
Collaborates seamlessly with suppliers and technicians, overseeing maintenance schedules to keep the property at peak condition.
Inventory Management & Replenishment:
Implements a systematic approach (e.g., spreadsheets/software) to track consumption, batch numbers, and expiration dates.
Re-orders or suggests purchases in advance without reminders, keeping the storage space perfectly arranged and ensuring zero stockouts.
Supplier/Visitor Assistance:
Exhibits refined communication skills, adeptly handling unforeseen issues (delays, damage, etc.) in a professional manner.
Strikes the perfect balance between creating a hospitable atmosphere and preserving the homeowner’s privacy.
Safety Awareness & Reporting:
Possesses proactive risk awareness, anticipating potential hazards and recommending preventive measures.
In critical emergencies (earthquake, fire alarm, severe leaks), takes swift, calm, and organized action, leads safe evacuation or finds a solution. Upholds the highest standard of discretion and ethics.
Driving and Transportation Services:
Expert in managing premium or specialty vehicles, ensuring top-tier performance and maintenance (e.g., luxury sedans, electric vehicles).
Offers concierge-style service, including carrying luggage, coordinating drop-off logistics, or suggesting alternative routes for maximum efficiency and comfort.
Seamlessly adapts to last-minute schedule changes or emergencies with poise, maintaining the principal’s trust and confidence.
Equipment & Tools Custody:
In-depth knowledge of advanced or specialized devices (commercial-grade floor cleaners, smart home systems) and their servicing.
Maintains thorough equipment records (maintenance logs, repair history), ensuring consistently high performance.
Team Collaboration and Additional Support:
Capable of organizing and guiding others, even training new staff, serving as a key team pillar.
Shows ownership spirit: proactively upholds team morale and takes on extra duties during busy periods, guaranteeing overall quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: At least 5 years of housekeeping experience in luxury homes or high-end hospitality. Preference is given to candidates with experience serving high-net-worth families.
Expertise with Luxury Items: Skilled in caring for delicate fabrics and high-end garments (such as silk, fur, and hand-embroidered pieces), with advanced laundry and ironing techniques, and able to handle special treatments.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods, while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and adjust to last-minute changes as needed.
Driving Skills: Must be able to safely drive luxury vehicles (such as high-end sedans and electric vehicles). A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
Health & Background: Legally eligible to work in the U.S., able to pass background checks, and meet health requirements (including annual flu shot and pre-employment health screenings).
Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, suppliers, and team members while maintaining discretion and professionalism. Ability to resolve issues independently and efficiently.
Organizational Skills & Inventory Management: Capable of managing household inventory, tracking consumption, and ensuring timely restocking while keeping everything organized.
Service-Oriented Attitude: Strong work ethic and willingness to take on extra duties during busy periods. Ability to mentor and train other staff members.
Empathy & Client Relationship Skills: A high level of empathy and exceptional client relationship skills to build and maintain a trusting relationship with the client through highly personalized and meticulous service.
Cooking Skills: Not required, but culinary skills will be considered a plus, especially if the candidate can assist with meal preparation or dining services.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with smart home systems and professional cleaning equipment, and the ability to use and maintain these devices effectively.
