Great Pay!

• Position starts at $135,000.00 per year
• Solid annual bonus of $35,000 per year

What We're Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:

• Experience & Expertise: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field, with significant experience in purchasing—preferably in aerospace or distribution.
• Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of securing advantageous long-term contracts and building lasting supplier relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Expert with ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suites, plus the ability to harness data analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Creative Thinker: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the Charge: Develop and execute cutting-edge purchasing strategies and KPI's that align with our ambitious goals.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Secure top-tier hardware and components with suppliers through masterful negotiations and established strategic partnerships.
• Stay Ahead: Analyze market trends and supplier performance to keep us ahead of the competition and ensure we have what we need, when we need it.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our customer service, sales, operations, and quality teams to guarantee seamless integration and exceptional product outcomes.
• Drive Excellence: Optimize purchasing processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
