Who You Are: As a Senior Recruiter/Account Manager, your interpersonal and communication skills will stand out as you actively engage with clients and candidates every day. You are adaptable, enabling you to navigate the ever-evolving recruitment landscape. With your strong problem-solving abilities, you tackle challenges with confidence. Your teamwork skills create a collaborative environment and enhance successful internal and external partnerships. You have a passion for establishing and nurturing new connections and are excited about the chance to find new clients.

What You’ll Do: The Senior Recruiter/Account Manager will lead client intake calls, identify recruitment objectives, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful placements. They will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for client projects, including creating job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with EEO standards. They will maintain accurate records in internal systems, track recruitment metrics, and participate in weekly client check-ins to update progress and address issues. Business development is a key aspect, with responsibilities for actively scouting potential clients, building long-term relationships, and expanding the client base through outreach and networking efforts. The Senior Recruiter/Account Manager will also project manage and mentor those who support the recruitment channel and encourage ongoing professional development while meeting productivity and performance goals.
