Role Overview:

Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team and lead agile practices for our remote projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with our leadership team and guide our Agile processes to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and support agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Remove obstacles and manage conflicts to keep the team focused and productive.
- Work closely with leadership to drive continuous improvement and achieve project milestones.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a remote environment.
- Agile coaching experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
