💰 compensation: $160,000 - $220,000

🤓 what you’ll do:

• design and develop high-performance web applications using typescript, react, and next.js
• architect and optimize rest & graphql apis with node.js (express, nestjs, trpc)
• implement scalable database solutions using postgresql, mysql, supabase, or firebase
• lead efforts in frontend performance optimizations (lazy loading, caching, code-splitting)
• manage cloud deployments on vercel, aws, or gcp and optimize infrastructure scalability
• ensure authentication, authorization, and security best practices (oauth, jwt, rbac)
• mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical improvements
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute engineering roadmaps

👨‍💻 what you need:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• deep expertise in javascript/typescript , with a strong focus on react, next.js, and node.js
• experience architecting scalable, high-performance applications
• strong backend skills with node.js, express, nestjs , and familiarity with microservices
• solid experience with databases like postgresql, mysql, or firebase
• hands-on experience with cloud platforms (vercel, aws, gcp) and serverless architectures
• familiarity with ci/cd pipelines, devops best practices, and infrastructure-as-code
• strong problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to technical challenges
