This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Service Engineer. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, leading complex troubleshooting efforts and driving critical incident resolution. Your expertise will contribute to product and service improvements while collaborating across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. As a key technical expert, you will streamline support processes, reduce resolution times, and foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Accountabilities

• Optimizing video conferencing technologies, SIP/H.323, VoIP, and real-time communication systems.
• Owning and delivering high-quality, timely RCAs for critical incidents to identify underlying issues.
• Collaborating closely with Engineering, SRE, Product Managers, and Developers to enhance product quality.
• Driving innovation within support workflows to reduce manual effort and improve debugging.
• Facilitating customer debugging calls and guiding teams through complex technical investigations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience in service engineering, support engineering, or technical operations.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and SSO.
• Familiarity with API troubleshooting, platform configuration, and RESTful integrations.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript).
• Understanding of SQL queries and familiarity with databases like MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, or other UC solutions.
• Understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux; iOS/Android familiarity.
