Job Description

We are hiring a Shipper to join our clients warehouse packaging and distribution team in Wilmington, MA. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key.

Location: Wilmington, MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-10 hour shifts)

Pay: $23 - $25/hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift and walkie rider .
• Verify and maintain shipping documentation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
• Follow all safety protocols , including wearing steel-toe boots .

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift and walkie rider experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Prior warehouse, packaging, or distribution experience preferred.
