Job Description

TorcUP, a leading U.S. manufacturer of industrial torque tools, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient warehouse flow, and top-tier customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process all incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders following established procedures
  • Verify incoming deliveries, inspect parts for accuracy and condition, and document discrepancies
  • Maintain organized inventory and update stock records as needed
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training can be provided)
  • Build, label, and secure pallets or crates for outbound freight
  • Assist with cycle counts and full inventory audits
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse workspace
  • Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Support other warehouse duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Basic computer skills for entering shipment and inventory data
  • Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL shipment systems a plus
  • Ability to read and follow pick lists, packing lists, and part numbers
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license required; forklift certification a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
