We focus on providing quality exterior remodeling - roofing, siding, windows/doors, decks, screen porches and Baths-within Northern Virginia. All team members play a vital role in the customer service we provide to homeowners and positioning us to be the best in the area.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fletcher Home in a positive, energetic, and professional manner
• Engage with Shows/Event attendees-ask questions about upcoming home improvement projects, provides information about Fletcher Home services "sell" Fletcher Home as the company to provide these services
• Book appointments for in-home demonstrations
• Gather complete and accurate information from the homeowner to include name, phone number, address, email and product interest
• Meet show/event appointment goals
• Participate in show/event set up or tear down based on shift worked
• Attendance for Thursday team meetings and training

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US. Skills and traits that will best fit this role and the rest of the Fletcher Home team include:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with diverse audiences
• Strong presentation skills to deliver compelling message and influence potential customers
• High level of enthusiasm and energy to create excitement and interest around the services Fletcher Home provides
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required to attend events or promotional activities
• Ability to remain stationary at or around the booth throughout the shift
• Previous sales or promotional experience a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
