SMT Operator

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour

What you'll be doing as a SMT Operator:

• Operate and maintain Juki pick and place machines
• Load programs for all assemblies and print feeder lists
• Load feeders and verify
• Teach pick on Juki machine then measure components
• Apply solder paste to PCB's using screen printer and verify registration
• Load reflow oven profile and verify with Datapaq

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Basic understanding of machine movements in three axis
• Able to work in highly structured, procedure controlled, environment
• Must be able to work well with others in a team based manufacturing group
• Detail oriented with a methodical approach to diagnosing and fixing issues
• Familiar with common hand tools
• Have a desire and willingness to learn through on the job training and formal education
• Background check and drug screening required
