BoldVoice is a speech and accent training app that empowers non-native English speakers to speak clearly and confidently. We combine Hollywood accent coaches with proprietary AI that gives real-time, precise pronunciation feedback.

With over 3 million downloads and a 4.8/5 rating from 50,000+ global users, BoldVoice is one of the top education apps on the App Store. We're backed by Y Combinator and top-tier VCs, and have been featured by Forbes, TechCrunch, and LinkedIn Learning.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an action-biased intern to support with our growth marketing efforts. If you enjoy fast-paced work environments, and want to get exposure to the inner workings of an early-stage, VC-backed startup and work closely with the co-founders, this is the role for you.

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
• Research and identify creators who align with our brand, and help build partnerships with them
• Use AI and other tools to develop compelling static and video ads for BoldVoice
• Bring your own ideas to the table — we want self-starters who are excited to experiment and move fast

Qualifications:

• You are a student pursuing your BA, BS or MBA, or recent graduate
• You have experience with Canva or other design tools
• You are social media-savvy, creative, and interested in growth/marketing
• You have some exposure to early-stage startups, or have always been interested in startups
• You are motivated, creative, scrappy, enjoy self-directed work, and are excited to drive the strategy and execution of a project
• Must be located in NYC so you can work with us in person

Compensation & Perks

• Paid internship (salary prorated based on schedule)
• Work in-person at our NYC office (NoHo)
• Hands-on mentorship and exposure to startup growth strategy

Dates

• Start date: May 2025 (ASAP)
• End date: August 2025, with possibility to extend through the fall semester
