Job description

1. Content Creation and Collaboration

  • Provide creative direction and support to influencers to ensure content meets brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement collaborative campaigns to amplify the brand's reach and impact.
  • Develop and implement creative content strategies for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos) that engages our target audience and drives traffic.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that aligns with the brand's messaging.

2. Client Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their social media needs and campaigns.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective social media strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance and metrics.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage and monitor the company’s and clients' social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve results.

4. Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertisements.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in AI tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing and design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as 3D and AI design tools, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
